「白の遊戯　-《白》への憧憬と虚無の感覚- 」 について

白の遊戯　このタイトルはロラン・バルト Rorand Barthesにより1953年に連載されたエッセイ
『零度のエクリチュール』をもとに書かれた、同名の書籍から着想しました。
私がこの本を手にとったのは、まだ学生時分の神田の古本屋でした。
”エクリチュール”という響き に吸い寄せられたことをいまも憶えています。

私たちは、言語による多くの媒体を通して、何かを伝え、何かを感じています。
でも、本当に自身が考えている意図を相手に伝え、相手の意図を汲み取る事ができているのでしょうか。

声の調子や文字の感触、表情や状況、様々な要素が私たちに混乱と安堵を与えます。
その僅かな誤差が累積していくと、何が起こっていくのでしょうか。
こう考えていくと、言語は軌跡（奇跡）の痕跡であるとともに、凶器であるのかもしれません。

かつて人種や階級によって定められた言語、エクリチュールが存在しました。
そのような中で書かれた『零度のエクリチュール』を、60年を経て読み返しながら、
《零度》　＝　白いエクリチュール　を求める憧憬と、それが叶わなかった感覚を想像しながら
とても些細で、とても重要な ”誤差の連続”と、その間で起こっているかもしれない出来事　 《遊戯》 について考えてみたいと思います。

About "White Play-game - Adoration for “White” and Sense of Emptiness"

I came up with the idea of the work title from a book of"Writing Degree Zero" by Roland Barthes in 1953.
We convey something through many mediums of language and thus feel something. But are your true intentions handed down to another? And have you understood his true intentions?
Tone of voice, the feeling in words, expressions and situations, various elements give both confusion
and relief to us. When slight error accumulates, what will happen?
When I think in this way, the language is a trace of the traces (and miracles)
and also may be a weapon. While reading "Writing Degree Zero" again after 60 years,
imagining the adoration for 《 zero degree 》= “white” and the sensations that never happened,
I want to think about the very insignificant, yet very important “series of errors” and events = “play-game” that may have occurred in the meantime.
